How to make rice paper from Rice

There is the theory that the rice paper appeared in the Tran Dynasty
Material: Made from rice flour or wheat flour, water, salt, sesame (Some places to make more flavor it is common to add peanuts, scallions)
How to eat: There are two types of rice paper, a soft and thin rice paper used for rolls, a thicker, more ingredients include sesame, scallions, peanuts for grilling.



Processing process:
- Soak rice: Before milled rice, the rice to be soaked overnight. The grain was soaked to soften, allowing the rice milling process easier, the rice powder will more smooth.

NHA TRANG CATHEDRAL

Located on a hill near the roundabout in Nha Trang city center.
Official name: Kito King Cathedral
The church was started construction on September 1928. Formerly, when the French come here, Nha Trang is still a wilderness, to build the church, France army splits Hon Mot, half west of the mountains that was razed by 500 mines to have 4,500 m2 area for build a church. The construction of the Nha Trang Cathedral was completed in 1934.

With intuitive look would think the church was built of split rock, but actually split rock only used in paving courtyard and road, and the entire wall of the church was built with cement dash. The main priest was Louis Vallet and his colleagues casted this cement dash. One of the special things in architecture is only the roof along the corridors of the church was built of reinforced concrete, whole rest of the chapels were built with bamboo reinforced and lattice girders.

The church was built in Gothic architecture with three distinct sections: the bottom section is the door, in the middle part of the round window to stained glass floral decorated pink, the top section is the corridor and bell tower.
Three large bells provided by the Bourdons Carillons Company in 1934, and big clock that was assembled on the tower in December 1935. The buildings of the Nha Trang Cathedral which is now over 76 years old, are still intact and attract many visitors.

(Passion of Jesus) is modeled on the paintings on the walls. To take advantage of sunlight, designers installation glass of green and red colors on floral roses in the doorway arch, creating soft colors.

Mass is held Monday to Saturday at 5am and 4:30pm and Sunday at 5am to 7am and 4:30pm.

Ponagar tower Nha Trang

PONAGAR TOWER NHA TRANG

This group of Cham towers is located on top of a low marble mountain formerly surrounded by the sea. Ponagar Tower is a complex of Cham towers with the architecture common in the eighth century to the thirteenth century, the tower was built in the flourishing period of the Hindu in Champa, which why goddess had Uma shape (wife of Shiva).
The Ponagar complex consists of three floors with a gate tower on the first floor which was totally destroyed. In front of the relic complex are two rows of 10 large pillars and two small pillars on the two sides. In the middle an altar where the Cham people often organize cultural activities and solemn rites on festivals and special occasions. The second floor, called Mandapa (guest house), is the place where pilgrims can rest and prepare before performing rituals. On the third floor, there are four towers, the most beautiful of them were built in 813 and 817 with baked bricks, has a pyramid shape apex. Unfortunately, time and environmental factors have destroyed most of the towers. The Ponagar Tower is the most outstanding and highest one.
One of these four towers is dedicated to Shiva Hindu god. Another is dedicated to Ganesha, whose human body is attached to an elephant head. The largest tower (25m) is dedicated to Lady Po Nagar, or the Goddess Uma, the wife of Shiva. On top of the entrance is a statue of Shiva with four arms sitting on the back of a bull. The exterior of the tower is a masterpiece of chisel carvings of fairy dancers and scenes of hunting, boat racing, and pounding rice into a mortar.
The interior of the tower of is reserved for the worshipping of Goddess Po Nagar, who taught people how to plant rice. It is believed that this was where the villagers held offering rituals.
Legend has it that the ancient goddess Ponagar named Thien Y Ana is created by sponges and the moonlight, she was raised by the old couple since childhood, she grew up and become a beautiful girl, one day she sadness with her father’s cold word, she incarnates in frankincense floating on the sea. Her beauty stirred the heart of the North Sea prince. She married and gave birth to two pretty children.     • Alexandre Yersin memories
  Alexandre Yersin Memorial Sites was built to commemorate Alexandre Yersin who devoted 50 years of his life to working in Pasteur Institute. 
Alexandre Yersin (1863-1943) was born in Switzerland to a Swiss father and a French mother. He studied in Switzerland and later moved to France where he obtained a degree in medicine.
He traveled to Nha Trang for the first time in 1891. At the end of 1899, he came back and established the Pasteur Institute. He devoted 50 years of his life to microbiology, virology, and epidemic research and he was the one to develop a vaccine against the bubonic plague.
Living modestly, he gained the trust of Con hamlet villagers. He traveled in the mountains and recorded his observations. He also recommended to the government to establish a hill station in what is now Da Lat. 
Yersin died in Nha Trang on 1 March 1943. According to the instructions in his will, his body was buried with his face touching the ground and facing the sea so that he could forever embrace his second homeland.
To honor the memory of his tutelary genius, people dedicated a temple where burning candles and incense sticks. Note that in Vietnam, after the reconquest of independence, all the streets with French names were renamed except those bearing the name of this doctor original French Switzerland.
Conquistador of science, a tireless explorer, a symbol of generosity and philanthropy, a supporter of monastic life in the service of knowledge and people, Alexandre Yersin has become a legendary figure. In 1894 he identified in Hong Kong the plague bacillus (Yersinia Pestis).
He discovered the vacation site Dalat, Vietnam introduced the cultivation of rubber trees for rubber production, the cinchona tree to that of quinine used to treat malaria.
He created the Hanoi Medical School, and a Pasteur Institute in Nha Trang Pasteur Institute another. 
This doctor is known to Vietnam in 1890 by becoming a doctor Messageries Maritimes on the Saigon-Manila line.
The Lutetia opens in 1910. It will come there from 1910 to 1912, then he does not put the foot in Paris for seven years. He spends the entire First World War in Nha Trang. At 28, he became the first European to arrive on site. There it built a wooden house in the middle of nowhere, creates its research institute, brought in Saigon Pasteur, in Paris, as preparers locally.
